Job Summary

You will independently resolve POS-related customer issues, provide remote and onsite repair guidance, deliver frontline after-sales support, and offer training and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to Point Of Sales (POS) systems to maintain smooth operations

Guide customers remotely or onsite to perform effective repair work on POS systems

Deliver frontline after-sales support by addressing customer inquiries and technical issues promptly

Provide training and ongoing assistance to customers to improve their use of POS systems

Collaborate with team members to uphold service quality and enhance customer satisfaction

Adapt to shift duties, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure continuous support coverage

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Operate and troubleshoot IT services related to POS systems with computer literacy

Communicate clearly and build rapport with customers and team members using good interpersonal skills

Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work shifts and varied hours to meet operational needs
