Customer Service Executive (5 Days Work)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support order management, production scheduling, and customer coordination. This role will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, effective production planning, and timely delivery while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communications, act as main account liaison for assigned customers address enquiries
• Review and verify Purchase Orders for accuracy before confirming orders to prevent errors
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, logistics, customer service teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment
• Monitor order status and delivery timelines to guarantee on-time delivery to customers
• Expedite urgent orders and provide timely delivery updates to customers
• Assess production capacity availability, coordinate with operations to plan production schedules effectively
• Analyze customer usage trends, forecasts, and purchasing patterns to support capacity planning decisions
• Prepare detailed order reports, fulfil status updates, customer activity summaries for management review
• Manage escalations by resolving issues through cross-functional teamwork to maintain high customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or order fulfilment within a manufacturing environment
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing workflows, production planning, or ERP systems
• Proactive, responsible, and customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Sales Support, Order Management, Supply Chain, or Production Planning will be an advantage.
