Customer Service Executive (5.5 Days | FoReCa Industry)

Remarks: Working Hours: Mon- Sat (half day), 5.5-day work week, Office Hours

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers in Singapore via email and WhatsApp
• Handle and oversee business client orders, including bulk purchases and scheduled deliveries
• Maintain strict order accuracy, consistent pricing, and complete documentation
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, lead times, pricing, and order status
• Resolve post-delivery matters, including requests for goods exchanges or returns
• Supply necessary documentation to customers upon request, such as Halal Certificates, Product Specifications, and Certificates of Analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales, to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Manage administrative backend documentation to ensure accuracy in ordering, picking, and delivery
• Draft customer quotations utilizing approved pricing and guidance from the sales and commercial teams
• Perform additional ad-hoc responsibilities as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a B2B customer service role, preferably in the Food Service / FMCG sector.
• Experience with Excel is required
• Experience with SAP is a plus
