- AWB Preparation: Prepare and execute Air Waybills (AWB) using the Calogi system accurately.
- Record Keeping: Maintain daily shipment records, customer details, and shipment statuses in system.
- Shipment Updates: Keep customers informed of shipment progress and promptly address their concerns.
- Airline Coordination: Liaise with airlines to monitor flight schedules and ensure timely shipment departures and arrivals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and quality service.
