Customer Service Executive, Airfreight - Export/Import

Salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

East Region (Company Transport Provided at Multiple Pick-up Points)

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:45pm + Alternate Saturday (Half Day)

Freight Forwarding Company allow for global exposure and gain expertise in customs, shipping documentation, and supply chain operations

Key Responsibilities

Manage full spectrum of air import shipments, coordinating with customers, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders

Verify shipping documents (AWB/HAWB) and resolve discrepancies promptly

Provide timely updates on shipment status, flight details, and delays

Ensure smooth customs clearance and permit management within KPIs

Liaise with customers for approvals on charges prior to delivery

Monitor cargo arrivals, inventory status, and handle shipment discrepancies

Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, regulatory requirements, and service standards

Handle customer enquiries professionally and maintain high service satisfaction

Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to QHSE standards

Key Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels

Minimum 3 years of customer service experience within airfreight or freight forwarding industry

Strong communication and coordination skills
