Job Highlights
- Handle airfreight customer enquiries and bookings
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents and internal operations
- Prepare and verify shipping documents
- Track shipments and provide timely status updates
- Resolve customer enquiries and shipment issues
- Maintain accurate operational records and support daily logistics activities
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in airfreight, freight forwarding or logistics preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
