Customer Service Executive - Billing

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Billing Executive to support our operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing meter billing activities, processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate meter billing activities to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Record and verify meter readings for billing purposes
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
• Liaise with internal departments and customers to address billing-related matters
• Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate billing and administrative documentation
• Ensure proper filing and document management in accordance with company policies
• Process and submit e-invoices through customer portals and billing platforms
• Maintain accurate records of meter readings, invoices, billing transactions, and customer interactions
• Provide support for printer usage tracking and meter-related inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service quality standards

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in billing, administration, customer service, or a related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with invoicing systems and customer portals is an added advantage
