Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with enquiries, bookings, and account-related matters.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process billing enquiries, payments, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and system updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Adhere to company policies and data confidentiality requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service mindset with a polite, professional, and positive attitude.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, as required by hotel operations.
