Position Details
Role: Consultant / Sr. Consultant Customer Support (International Non-Voice)
Location: Electronic City, Phase 1, Bangalore
Shift Timings: Rotational Night Shifts
Perks: 2-way Cab Facility + Food
Compensation: 16,000 24,000 per month
Requirements: Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM (Words Per Minute) with 80% accuracy and above
What to Expect During the Interview
Typing , Grammar & Essay Assessment: To evaluate language proficiency
HR Round: Discussion with our HR team regarding fitment and expectations
Operations Round: Role-related discussion with our management team
