Customer Service Executive – Client Coordination

• We are looking for a confident, well-presented and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions, coordinate with internal teams, support B2B lead generation and maintain MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and understand their requirements, queries and concerns.
• Guide and assist customers by providing accurate information and timely solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer requirements.
• Conduct cold calls to generate leads and identify potential corporate/B2B clients.
• Follow up with prospective corporate customers and assist in scheduling meetings.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and business clients.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and analyse the data for management review.
• Maintain customer records, reports and relevant documentation.
• Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination activities.
• Manage the online/internal system and ensure all required information is updated regularly.
• Prepare presentations, reports and business updates as required.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication
