Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Executive to join our Cheras showroom team. You will be the first point of contact for customers — handling enquiries, coordinating appointments and installations, and ensuring a smooth experience from purchase to after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in at the showroom
• Schedule and coordinate site measurement, installation, and after-sales appointments
• Liaise between customers, sales team, and installation team to ensure smooth job flow
• Handle customer complaints, service requests, and follow-ups professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders in the CRM system
• Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, invoicing support)
• Support showroom operations and maintain a welcoming environment for customers

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or admin support is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus (for dealing with Chinese-speaking clientele)
• Patient, organized, and detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic computer systems, and CRM tools
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends
