Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional advice and outstanding customer services
• Engage in cross team support
• Ensure the meeting of preset personal KPIs
• Cooperate with different operation teams to provide excellent services to our customers
• Collect feedback proactively from customers and team members to identify the area of improvement on our operations
• Support the handling of assigned ad-hoc projects from time to time
• Ensure the transactions are properly performed and adhere to all regulatory requirements and company’s guidelines

Key Requirements:

• 1 year of solid experience in customer services preferably
• A pass in 5 subjects including Maths, Chinese and English in HKCEE or HKDSE or above
• Industry knowledge and strengths in medical insurance operation
• Experience of complaint handling will be an advantage
• Excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills Strong
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Customer-Driven, People-Centric and Team-Focused
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
