Customer Service Executive

Job Brief:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused English-speaking Customer Service Representative to assist in handling resident inquiries, lease-related documentation, and maintenance requests for our residential properties. This role is vital in ensuring tenant satisfaction through prompt communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Role & responsibilities

• Respond to general property inquiries and provide accurate, policy-aligned information of Leasing to applicants, take applicant details
• Handle maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up and resident satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and consistently about rent payments, Rent due dates and payment portals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions, issues, and requests.
• Collaborate closely with property managers, leasing teams, Maintenance / Workorder Team
• Support marketing, communication, and resident engagement activities.
• Participate in special tasks or projects requiring English language support.
