About Panorama Block

Panorama Block is a technology company combining AI, blockchain, DeFi, and tokenized assets to build new experiences across the on-chain financial ecosystem.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help users navigate the platform, answer questions, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist users through chat and digital channels
• Answer questions about the platform and its features
• Support users during onboarding and their first steps
• Identify and escalate technical issues
• Document user feedback and recurring questions
• Work closely with Product and Technology teams to improve the user experience

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced English
• Organized, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Interest in technology, AI, blockchain, fintech, or Web3

Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, fintech, or technology is a plus. Knowledge of blockchain or DeFi is welcome but not required.
