Customer Service Executive

About the role

AVK Valves Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Customer Service Executive to join our team in Klang, Selangor. This full-time position is crucial in delivering exceptional customer experience and supporting the overall operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing prompt and efficient customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels
2. Handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
3. Updating customer records and maintaining detailed documentation of all interactions
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
5. Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
6. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with company policies and industry trends

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the manufacturing or B2B industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software applications
5. A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
6. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
