CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

1. Provide full support in business operation team.
2. To coordinate and liaise closely with internal and external customers in meeting expectations.
3. Ensure communication and workflow are cascaded from customers to respective department involved i.e. Sales, Planning and support, Quality, Production , Warehouse and traffic & Finance.
4. Actively engage with customers to establish strong bonding and maintain good business relationship.
5. Timely fulfilment customers’ orders and communicate of schedule revised & ad-hoc request.
6. Prepare and provide reports and proposals to customers as required.
7. Manage customer’s product content effectively.
8. To promote positive image of company services.
9. To execute tasks set by HOD and update progressively.

PRE-REQUISITE:

1. Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
2. Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
3. At least 2 year working experience. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply too.
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, MS World etc).
5. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, relevant computer applications and administrative procedures.
6. Highly motivated and result driven, sensitive in new business opportunity.
