Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Customer Service Professional to support day-to-day sales operations and provide excellent service to both internal and external customers. This role involves handling customer requirements, coordinating sales and logistics processes, and supporting inventory and administrative activities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle day-to-day sales operations, including pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Manage quotations, tenders, sales orders, invoicing, delivery documentation, and other related documents.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to handle requirements and inquiries.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements for loan sets and support the sales team on logistics coverage.
• Manage loan sets and consignment stock, including stock counts, transfers, and adjustments.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation, stock takes, and excess stock reporting.
• Prepare simple reports and support inventory purchase requisitions.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Manager.
