Customer Service Executive

HourX is hiring a Customer Service Executive to support our home-services platform in Dubai.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email.

Manage bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, refunds, and complaints.

Create customer reply templates, FAQs, and basic SOPs.

Coordinate with operations and service providers to resolve issues.

Follow up on customer cases and support service improvements.

Requirements

Strong written and spoken English.

1–3 years of customer service experience.

Marketplace, e-commerce, booking, delivery, or service-platform experience preferred.

Experience with WhatsApp Business or similar customer service platforms.

YCloud, CRM, or WhatsApp Business API experience is a plus.

Good communication, problem-solving, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Monthly Salary: AED 3,000

3 months probation period

Office location: Diamond Business Center, Arjan, Dubai

Office hour: 9:00-18:00, Monday - Saturday; Sunday off.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
