We are hiring Customer Service Executives / Customer Support / Call Center Executives for a Domestic BPO Inbound Voice + Chat + Email Support (No Sales).
Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound Calls, Chat Support & Email Support
- Provide Customer Support, Customer Handling & Query Resolution
- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction & Issue Resolution
Skills Required
- Fluent English & Hindi Communication (Mandatory)
- Strong Communication Skills & Customer Handling
- Basic Computer Knowledge / Data Entry / Email Handling
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (Mandatory)
- Freshers & Experienced (BPO / Customer Support) can apply
- Candidates near Shivaji Nagar, MG Road, Frazer Town, Ulsoor preferred
Salary
- 23,000 25,000 CTC + 4,000 Quarterly Incentives
