Customer Service Executive

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally via phone, email, and online chat
• Liaise closely with the delivery team to address customer requests and delivery-related concerns
• Resolve customer issues by identifying root causes, proposing suitable solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up until resolution
• Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative tasks as required
• Deliver a positive customer experience by consistently meeting service standards

About you

• Strong sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Passion for service excellence and genuine care for customers
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Minimum Primary / Secondary School / "O" Level qualification
• At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
• Comfortable using email systems and online chat applications
• Computer literate and detail-oriented
• Willing to work in Pandan Crescent
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent

Work Schedule

• 5.5 Days work week
• Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
• Alternate Saturday: 9am - 6pm(full day) – scheduled in advance and fairly rotated
