What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls in Hindi language.
- Provide excellent customer service by being empathetic, patient, and professional at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software or other tools.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in a BPO/call center environment.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi language (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on night shifts (rotational) including weekends off.
