Customer Service Executive

💼 What You’ll Do

• Be the frontline hero — support customers and agents via face-to-face, calls, chat & email.
• Assist with SIM/eSIM activations, top-ups, and wallet transactions.
• Coordinate with vendors & distributors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support agents with training, commissions & referral systems.
• Monitor KPIs, track performance, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Community, Finance, IT) to deliver great experiences.
• Handle escalations and make sure every customer leaves happy!

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in operations, customer service, or telco/digital services.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
• Excellent communication, multitasking & organizational skills.
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays on rotation.
• A team player with a customer-first mindset and a knack for problem solving.
