**Position Title: Customer Service Specialist
Office Location is accessible by MRT Batu 11 Cheras**
About the role
Handle inbound customer inquiries via hotline and support channels, conduct outbound follow-up calls for customer cases and service feedback, and support dealer CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) related activities. You will assist in resolving customer complaints and service-related issues, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution, update and maintain customer records in the system, and support daily hotline and AICC operations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via hotline and support channels
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls for customer cases and service feedback
- Support dealer CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) related activities
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and service-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Update and maintain customer records in the system
- Support daily hotline and AICC operations
About you
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- 1–3 years of customer service / call center / hotline support experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
