Customer Service Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries related to banking products and services.
• Process transactions, answer questions about account balances, interest rates, fees, etc.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling of bank's products and services to existing customers.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in a similar role in the BPO industry.
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
