Customer Service Executive

Our Client:

• Engineering Services (Government Sector)
• Mon to Fri, Office Hours
• Cashew
• UP $3000 Basic + Variable Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Provide front desk and customer service support by welcoming visitors, registering guests, managing facial recognition enrolments, handling enquiries, and ensuring a positive visitor experience.
• Maintain visitor records, track attendance and manage key issuance and returns.
• Support smooth daily operations through effective queue management, crowd control, multitasking, and adherence to SOPs, policies, and service standards.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Min. 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Only Singaporeans may apply
