Customer Service Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our growing bank agency team in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist customers with some banking and financial product enquiries
• Follow up on leads and appointments
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support the sales and operations team with administrative duties
• Deliver professional and prompt customer service at all times

About you

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service experience
• Great organization and time management
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel and mobile apps
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
