Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO, Customer Service, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat, depending on the process.
• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customers.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
