Customer Service Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions
• Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
• Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
• Engage with customers through chat platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information.
• Utilize pre-established scripts and guidelines to handle common inquiries and scenarios.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and customer service skills through ongoing training.
• Excellent computer skills with good typing speed and toggling between windows.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google sheet
• Good Communication Skills
• Knowledge regarding documents like KYC, Income Proof, Caste certificates Etc
• Maintaining daily MIS reports
