Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Service, Dispatch.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, service requests, and pending requirements.
• Prepare and maintain customer-related records and reports.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
• Take feedback from customers and communicate improvement points to the concerned department.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, complaints, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Support the sales team in customer coordination and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely response to customer queries and requests.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports for management.
• Follow company procedures and maintain professional communication with customers.
