Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries for a US-based process.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain process quality and meet defined performance standards.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility

• Candidates with good French and English communication skills.

• Freshers can apply.

• Candidates with 12+ months of relevant experience are eligible for the higher salary package.

• Willingness to work US shifts.
