Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely assistance via WhatsApp, WeChat, phone calls, and email
• Assist customers with booking, check-in, and check-out arrangements
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure issues are resolved promptly
• Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Bahasa Cina, English, and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken
• Good communication skills with a strong customer service mindset
• Responsible, attentive, patient, and able to handle customers professionally
• Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, hotel, Airbnb, homestay, or related industries is an advantage
• Cantonese language skills are an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
