Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Executive to join our team. You'll handle customer inquiries, process flight bookings, provide visa processing support, and offer expert guidance on holiday packages to destinations over the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding flights, holiday packages, and visa services
• Process flight reservations, manage queries, and ensure accurate booking details
• Guide customers through visa application processes and documentation requirements
• Present and sell customized holiday packages to destinations worldwide
• Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and turn dissatisfied customers into brand advocates
• Maintain regular follow-ups on pending bookings and customer queries
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain accurate customer records and booking details in CRM systems
• Provide regular updates on customer interactions and booking conversions to management

Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and financial transactions.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree minimum (any stream).

Graduation Year: Pass out between 2020 - 2026

Experience: Fresher to 3 years of experience maximum
