Customer Service Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
• Process transactions, answer questions about products and services, and upsell relevant offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations using CRM software.
• Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO or customer service industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
