What they need
Responsibilities
- Provide sales and customer service support
- Sales Order Processing: Quotation/ Sales Order/ Purchase Order/ Delivery Order/ Packing List/ Invoicing
- Liaise with internal teams such as Sales, Operations and Finance department
- Assist in preparation and submission of relevant reports and documents
- Organize delivery services, export shipment, collection of customers' orders and ensure timely delivery
- Handle customers' inquiries
- Provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any discipline
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, meticulous and good team player
Other Information:
- 5 days’ work week
- 8.30am – 5.30pm
- We are located in Sungei Kadut and provide transport to and fro Yew Tee MRT
