A leading Manufacturing Co. is looking for a customer-focused CSE to manage customer interactions via voice calls, emails, CRM, and ticketing systems.
The person will handle service requests, aligning service engineers, maintaining service records.
Required Candidate profile
- 2+ years of relevant customer service experience
- Exp in industrial equipment, machinery, engineering, printing, manufacturing will be preferred.
- Any regional languages will be an added advantage.
