- Connect with US customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment arrangements professionally.
- Achieve collection and performance targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections confidently.
- Maintain accurate customer/account records.

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong convincing & negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts.
