Customer Support Executive Inbound Voice Process Who Can Apply?

• Graduates Freshers are welcome!
• 6 months1 year experience in voice/customer support preferred
• Excellent communication in English Hindi
• Regional language proficiency is an added advantage
• Basic computer MS Office knowledge
• SVAR Score: 50+

Salary Benefits

• Freshers: 16,200 CTC | 15,700 Take Home (NATS)
• Experienced: 23,000 CTC | 17,500 Take Home
• Two-way cab facility OR 2,000 transport allowance
• 6 working days + 1 rotational week off

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with banking-related queries and services.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when required.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products/services.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience on every call.
