Customer Service Executive

Afra Engineers is looking for freshers to join our Service Team as Service Assistants. The selected candidate will assist service technicians with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer-site service activities. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians during service, installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Visit customer sites along with senior technicians.
• Assist with handling tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials.
• Support basic electrical/mechanical work under supervision.
• Help with testing and checking equipment after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at customer sites.
• Assist in loading and unloading service materials.
• Report service issues and work progress to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional and polite attitude with customers.
• Follow company safety procedures and instructions.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic technical knowledge is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and work in the field.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Should be punctual, hardworking, and responsible.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
