Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, follow up and process customer quotations and sales orders, including expediting purchase orders and confirming orders.
• Coordinate and distribute work orders to relevant departments, maintaining proper filing, scanning and archiving of sales documentation.
• Support sales administration activities, including vendor approval forms, customer digital portal setup, communication link applications, down payment collection and preparation of service agreements.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales performance reports and monthly quotation summary reports, for management review.
• Coordinate maintenance contract renewals and follow up with sales executives to ensure timely contract circulation and customer follow-up.
• Perform credit control activities by following up with customers on outstanding payments and monitoring payment status.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and visits, gather customer feedback and market intelligence, and support marketing and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Studies or Office Administration or related field.
