Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions over voice calls.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant products/services.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
• Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Cross-Sell, Up-Sell, or Customer Service.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a voice-based customer service environment.
• Willingness to work from office and in rotational/night shifts.
