Customer Service Executive

Role & responsibilities

Handle customer calls and quries professionally.

Follow up with customers regarding orders and pending payments.

Prepare invoices and bills using Busy software.

Share quotations, price lists and customer ledgers.

Maintain billing records and arrange invoices/documents properly

Coordinate with customers for order and payment-related requiremenmts.

Maintain daily office records and staff attendance.

Handle basic back-office and administrative work.

Assist in posting and managing content on the company's Instagram page.

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge and Basic MS Excel skill.

Experince in billing, customer handling or back-office work will be preferred.

Knowledge of Busy software will be an advantage.

Should be responsible, punctual and willing to learn.

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
