Job description

• Handle customer enquiries via phone call, email and social media.

• Provide prompt and professional response to customer inquiries.

• Assist customer to select the best design / customization required.

• Provide the best solution to customer.

• Attend to customer needs and follow up.

• Processing orders from customer.

• Stock inventory management

• Communicate well and clearly with production and delivery team.

• Always keep confidentiality of customer information and data.

• Ad hoc duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the management
