Customer Service Executive

📍 Location: Leng Kee, Singapore
💼 Full-Time Position

Responsibilities:

• Attend to WhatsApp, phone and walk-in enquiries
• Assist customers with our automotive services and pricing
• Arrange appointments and vehicle schedules
• Prepare quotations, invoices and basic documentation
• Follow up with customers before and after service
• Coordinate with the installation team
• Handle general front-desk and administrative duties

Requirements:

• Friendly with good communication skills
• Responsible, punctual and organised
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience is an advantage but not required – training provided
