This is a temporary role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India to cover a period of maternity leave within the existing team.

As a Customer Service Executive at Cengage, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for world-class customer service. This opportunity is outstanding because you will be part of a team that is exceptionally dedicated to helping learners achieve their dreams through education.

What youll do:

• Processing customer orders with flawless accuracy and within the defined turnaround time.
• Handling and resolving customer queries related to orders, invoices, shipments, returns, and other Customer Service matters.
• Processing Credit Notes and related documentation seamlessly.
• Collaborating with internal groups such as Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics to address and resolve customer-related issues.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
