Customer Service Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone calls.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using computer systems.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
• Meet performance targets for call handling time, quality metrics, and sales goals.

Job Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts/ night shifts as well
• Freshers or less than 6 months of exp can apply for this role; no prior experience required.
