Customer Service Executive

Job summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive for Mumbai Location to manage customer queries and complaints across multiple channels and ensure timely and effective resolution.

Principal Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer queries and complaints through calls and emails
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints in CRM
• Follow up on unresolved queries and ensure timely closure.
• Identify recurring customer issues and highlight them to the relevant teams.

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional Indian languages will be an advantage.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and customer service/ticketing tools.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Helpdesk, or a similar role.
• Candidates comfortable working from Santacruz, Mumbai.
