Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our real estate services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and update customer records in our database.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Any Ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required.

Key Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds.
• Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and prefer mandarin speaker as need to liaise with the China guest.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Willing to work on rotational shift (9am to 6pm or 6pm to 2am)
• Willing to work in Setia Alam.
