Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist passengers throughout their airport journey, including check-in, boarding, arrival, and departure.
• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, boarding procedures, baggage, and airport services.
• Assist passengers with check-in formalities, boarding passes, baggage procedures, and gate requirements.
• Provide courteous assistance to senior citizens, children, and passengers requiring special assistance.
• Handle passenger queries, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Resolve routine passenger issues with a service-oriented approach and escalate matters when required.
• Maintain operational records and complete required documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with relevant airport/airline teams to support smooth passenger movement.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Graduates: Preferred
• Experience: Freshers can apply; relevant airport, aviation, hospitality, or customer-service experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Strong customer-service orientation and professional attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good problem-solving and passenger-handling skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
