Customer Service Executive

The Customer Service Executive manages end-to-end order processing, export documentation, and cross-functional coordination for both B2B and B2C lines of business across GCC and international export markets. Acting as the primary operational bridge between commercial sales, warehousing, finance, and international logistics, this role ensures high-accuracy order fulfillment, strict compliance with food export regulations and incoterms, and adherence to company standard operating procedures (SPOs).

The ideal candidate brings strong SAP execution skills (preferable SAP-BI), export documentation expertise, and a customer-centric mindset focused on proactive order management and OTIF performance. management

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field

Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in customer service, order management, or export supply chain execution, ideally within the food manufacturing, FMCG, or perishable goods industry

Hands-on proficiency in ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms—preferable SAP-B1)

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data reporting)

Solid working knowledge of incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) and international documentation
