We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, or accounts
- Provide accurate information and solutions within defined timelines
